Sea Gate, Seagate is a beautiful private community at the tip of Coney Island. This apartment is located in a private house on the second floor. Beautiful terrace for enjoying the fresh outdoors. The hardwood floors are spectacular and the apartment has been recently painted by licensed painters. Light and airy is what this apartment represents. Parking is as available on the street, with a Sea Gate parking pass. The community also features a private beach. For a minimal fee tenants can obtain a beach pass by contacting the Sea Gate Association and showing proof you live in the community. There is also a private beach cabana club for a separate fee. Many a party has been had at the cabana club. We also have a beautiful park, Lindy Park where you can see spectacular views of the Verrazano Bridge and enjoy a picnic with the family or friends. Admission to Lindy Park is free. Also at the West end of Sea Gate beach you can take a peak at the Coney Island Lighthouse. We also have a basketball court just down the block from the main Surf Avenue entrance of Sea Gate, for all to enjoy. There are also multiple community events throughout the year. 1 month rent, 1 month security, and 1 month broker fee. Public transportation: Sea Gate is available by MTA services: Coney Island Stillwell station is approximately a mile from Sea Gate, the following trains are available, D, F, N, or Q. From the train station you can either hop in a cab or car service. Also available from the train station is the B36 bus. Manhattan express buses are available just outside the Sea Gate Neptune gate; X28 and X38 buses are just at the corner of Neptune Ave and W37 St. The ferry landing which is located in back of Kaiser Park off 33rd St. and Neptune Ave is on hold for the moment, due to dredging that is required to allow the ferry to properly float.
